Yong sports academy is back to their base in Bamenda, after collecting the first three points of the season in the League’s opener against Eding. It was a difficult Journey for YOSA, but thank God they arrived safely, and will get to work immediately for next weeks game against Unisport.

THE EDING VS YOSA GAME.

This was one of the most difficult match for the Bamenda boys in recent times, but thank God they survived the scare despite some nervy moments. The lone goal of the encounter scored at the 14 minute by Cyril Founou Samin, (his first goal for YOSA), from a pinpoint cross from Ashu Tambe, handed YOSA a massive three points and the driving seat in pool A.
Captain Yves Alain Dooh Moukoko and Adu Wum Elvis were once more solid in a back four shielded to the left by Petit Fils Djamen making his debut for YOSA.

The midfield won it all for Bamenda’s Academician’s, with outstanding performance from Randy Ntume, Ningahar Otodyibaye and later on Yindui Fuashi Bouba.

Adrien Mboma, Ashu Tambe and Kilah Gilbert a.k.a Doctor, were very active throughout the game.

In his post match reactions, Coach Emmanuel Ndoumbe Bosso was impressed with the performance of his team and says it was important to start the championship on a good footing.

A GOOD START FOR YOSA

last season YOSA started with a zero all draw at home against YAFOOT and went ahead to line another draw against BAMBOUTOS. Starting with a win is just a step in the right direction for YOSA.
